FOUNDATIONAL NUTRITIONAL THERAPY – $900 

  • Detailed intake session to discuss health history, diet and lifestyle, stressors, and objectives
  • Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ) to establish health priorities
  • Functional Clinical Assessment (FCA) to ascertain stress in the body 
  • Bio-individualized rebalancing + healing program supported by Lingual-Neural Testing (LNT)
  • Food re-education and simple, nutrient-dense recipes 
  • Two followup sessions
  • Chat support 
  • Discounted supplements through online dispensary, when required 
  • Testing is optional, but may be recommended

 

BALANCE + RESTORE (6 month commitment) – $2200 includes required lab fees *  

  • Foundational Program plus…
  • Analysis and interpretation of lab results 
  • Biweekly check-in calls
  • Assessment of environment and personal products for toxic load
  • Testing is required:
  • Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis lab to check electrolytes, adrenal and thyroid status, stress levels and impact, and heavy metal status.
  • Dutch Complete, urine analysis to verify sex and adrenal (stress) hormone levels and identify imbalances, if any.
  • Optional testing available and may be recommended for additional fee:
  • GI Map, comprehensive stool test of microbiome that measures pathogens (bacteria, parasites, viruses), normal flora status, and various immune markers.

Note: Additional functional labs, plus General and Comprehensive Wellness Panels (CBC, CMP, Lipid, Vitamin D, etc.) and Thyroid Panels can be ordered if requested or deemed necessary.

HAIR TISSUE MINERAL ANALYSIS (HTMA) + CONSULTATION – $274

Includes lab fee, detailed interpretation of test results, and bio-individual recommendations. 

 

FOOD SENSITIVITY LAB + CONSULTATION – $274

Includes lab fee, detailed interpretation of test results, and bio-individual recommendations. 

 

THREE SESSIONS + CHAT CONTINUATION PACKAGE  – $750  

For current clients that have completed a prior program and are looking to continue your healing journey, three 60-minute appointments scheduled every 30 – 45 days. Chat support available. Must be utilized within a 12 month period.

 

Credit card, health savings account, debit cards, and flex spending cards are accepted.  Nutritional therapy is accepted as a valid out-of-pocket health care expense for most Health Savings Accounts and Flex Spending Accounts.  Insurance is not accepted at this time.
