Welcome to the Nourishing Cleanse Group

Hi there and welcome!

Kudos to you for making the time and space in your busy life to restore, regenerate, and de-stress!

 

The Nourishing Cleanse begins on Monday, April 8 and runs for 30 days. 

 

For best results, I urge you to set aside time on your calendar the week before (which is April 1 – 7) to review the plan, select your recipes, get your shopping done, and prepare a few items (i.e.; stock, 2 soups, prep veggies). It will make for a much more pleasant and relaxed experience!

THERE ARE A FEW HOUSEKEEPING ITEMS FOR YOU TO COMPLETE:

 

1. Click here to download your copy of the Nourishing Cleanse guidebook in PDF format. You can view it online, print out working pages, or print out the entire guide, whichever you prefer.

2. Login to your Facebook page and Like my business page called Eat Thoughtfully. 

3. Search for the group “The Nourishing Cleanse with Cathy” managed by Eat Thoughtfully and submit a request to join the group. As soon as I receive your request, I’ll add you as a member of the closed group. Although this is not absolutely necessary, FB will serve as the primary tool for the group communication, and therefore will greatly enhance your group experience. Only limited emails will be sent.

3. Schedule a 1-1 pre-Cleanse call with me, if you like, here.
